We have to fight or flee, as our land is sinking beneath our feet. The shadows are getting long, the night is coming and we can’t sleep. Wracked by guilt, disgust and depression, we sink. The last thread is cut up high. We knew this was coming — someday we were bound to lose in spite of everything.
